Repeat after us: Miley Cyrus is alive.
We clarify because some creep hacked into Miley's YouTube account this weekend and posted a video which read, "Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. She always told us if anything ever happened to her then tell her loyal fans first before the public. R.I.P Miley, we'll never forget you!" The weird message has been pulled down.
Miley was out about all weekend -- so once again -- she's very much not dead.

By the title of Justin Gaston's new song, the 20-year-old is well aware that dating a 15-year-old pop star may not be the wisest move legally.
Miley Cyrus' underwear model boyfriend turned "Nashville Star" reject croons about heartache on his appropriately titled track "Right Love, Wrong Time." But fear not Billy Ray wannabe, the right time is just a little over two years away -- when Miley turns 18.

Holy Stigmata! Stephen Baldwin has branded himself with Hannah Montana's initials, all because Miley Cyrus dared him to.
Here's how the whole thing went down. We're told the unlikely friends met last year at the White House, where the 15-year-old dared Baldwin to get Hannah Montana's initials and in return she would let him appear on her Disney TV show since his daughters are huge fans of the series.
Fast forward to yesterday in Nashville, where sources tell us Miley's little sister, Brandi, heard on the radio that the 42-year-old outspoken Christian was also in town to promote his new book. So Miley, her mom, Brandi and Miley's boyfriend Justin Gaston decided to surprise Baldwin at a book signing. When they arrived, we're told Stephen showed off his "HM" tat and asked if he could cameo on her show, at which point Miley (reluctantly?) agreed.
It's Miley Cyrus' world and Stephen's just livin' in it.

Doing a photo shoot for a Roberto Cavalli campaign sounds pretty lucrative, but it looks like Justin Gaston is getting more out of Miley Cyrus than he did for working for Robby C.
We're told the shoot, which only features two other models -- one being Kate Moss -- only got JG a whopping 800 bones. But hold that thought: $300 of it went to Gaston's modeling agency.
Looks like Miley's gonna have to buy the popcorn from now on.

Miley Cyrus -- wearing what looks like a promise ring -- went to a movie over the weekend with Justin Gaston, without a certain mulleted chaperone in tow.
We don't know if she fell for the yawn-and-grab move.

Miley Cyrus' 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, has declared war on Miley's ex, Nick Jonas.
Gaston mocked the youngest Jonas Bros. by dressing up as the dandy 16-year-old evangelical Christian boy bander for Halloween.
Unfortunately, if Nick wanted to retaliate and go as the underwear model, no one would know who he was undressed as.

Miley Cyrus' boyfriend, Justin Gaston, will soon be able to land any underwear modeling gig he wants ... on cellblock H.
On Tuesday, a Kentucky appeals court upheld Gaston's Wilhelmina Models agent Allen Osborne's 2006 conviction for conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Osborne will spend 15 months in jail and have to pay back over $187K.
Back in 2000, Osborne and his client, Michael Wilson, a trade show director for Fruit of the Loom, set up a scam to bill the underwear company fraudulently through Osborne's company, Talent Services, and to use the money to pay off Wilson's son's drug debts. Osborne used the proceeds from the fake bills to pay Wilson and would, at times, FedEx the money to him. When you absolutely, positively have to pay the kickback overnight!
In addition, Osborne provided models to "entertain" Wilson after hours and used Wilson's portion of the cash to pay the escorts. Wilson got doubly screwed!
In 2006, Osborne and Wilson, along with one of the models, were indicted for mail fraud conspiracy. While Wilson pled guilty, Osborne and the model went to trial and were found guilty.
TMZ contacted Osborne's lawyer but he had no statement.

Miley Cyrus's God-fearing underwear model boyfriend doesn't need Annie Leibovitz to take racy pics.
These photos show 20-year-old Justin Gaston partying shirtless, flipping the bird and wearing short-shorts at a party not too long ago in the Hollywood Hills. This is gonna break Billy Ray's achy breaky heart.
Imagine what the pics would have looked like if alcohol had been involved!

The guy who hacked all those scandalous, almost-nudie pics out of Miley Cyrus' Gmail account may have finally blown his cover.
The FBI reportedly just raided the Tenn. home of 19-year-old computer nerd Josh Holly -- a guy who the Feds believe has been bragging like crazy about flooding the Internet with the infamous naughty photos earlier this year.
During the raid, feds seized several computers and a phone.
According to Wired.com, Holly also bragged about how he got Miley's password in the first place -- a crazy scheme which allegedly involved posing as a MySpace administrator, stealing Miley's MySpace password, and using it to unlock her Gmail.
So far, no charges have been filed and the FBI is being its usually discreet self about the situation.

So we showed you Miley Cyrus' glotta-see-this moment with her model BF at a fashion show yesterday.
Turns out that the tongue-slippage didn't necessarily stop there: the New York Post says MiCy and Justin Gaston "were all over each other backstage" at the Christian Audigier show. In fact, they might've skipped the afterparty ... for "a party of their own."
Miley's rep says the "whole sleeping-over thing never happened" because mom Leticia put the kibosh on it.
